American SoftwoodsSouthern Pine lumber shipments in September totaled 1.298 billion board feet, 7% below August’s revised shipments of 1.390 BBF. August was revised upward 3%. September year-to-date shipments totaled 11.957 BBF or 5% above the same period in 2013, and 11% above the same period in 2012. The seasonally adjusted annual rate for September is 15.913 BBF.
