Taproot Investments was founded in 2021 to build a virtually integrated timber company. They focus on acquiring quality timberlands and lumber manufacturing assets in the Southeast. The timber space is evolving rapidly, presenting many intriguing opportunities.
Individual investors and family offices outside of the timber business have had few options short of direct investment into the timber space. That’s why Taproot Investments’ goal is to bring these assets to investors without the overhead of larger companies. The Taproot team intends to operate lean and to bring the most value possible to their trusted partners.
